Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Kinna EK. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.

Eligibility and Timeframes:

Return & Exchange Availability: Currently, our return & exchange service is available for orders within the United States only.

Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns:

  • Within 14 Calendar Days: If the product is damaged upon arrival, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. You will be eligible for a full refund or a one-time free exchange, subject to an applicable transaction fee and shipping cost.
  • Within 30 Calendar Days: If the merchandise is in good condition (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) for resale, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. You will be eligible for a full refund, subject to an applicable transaction fee and shipping cost.

Exchanges:

  • Within 14 Calendar Days: If the product is damaged upon arrival, you can request a one-time free exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to an applicable transaction fee and shipping cost.

Warranty:

Limited Warranty Period: Kinna EK products are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship defects as follows:

  • 5 Years on components including gas strut, chair mechanism, five-star base, and casters.
  • 3 Years on upholstery fabric against wear and deterioration.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

  • Return Inspection: We will notify you once we've received your return. Within 2 business days, we will inspect the product's condition and determine if the refund is approved based on the product's condition.
  • Refund Confirmation: If your refund is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that the warranty does not cover labor, freight, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature, or any other events beyond the control of Kinna EK Products. The warranty is also void if the product was not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings. Any warranty claims submitted after the limited warranty period or without proper proof of purchase will not be covered.
